Walt Stephens, PT,DPT
Physical Therapist
Walter Stephens is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-owner of Maximum Potential Physical Therapy. He was born and raised in Jellico, TN and graduated from Jellico High School in 1993. He received his Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from South College in 1999, his Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management from the University of the Cumberlands in 2007, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Findlay in 2012. He has since obtained his APTA Clinical Instructor certification and his certification for Dry Needling. He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky and is a member of the APTA. Walter is married to Amy Creekmore Stephens, a teacher at Jellico High School, and has a daughter Harley Jade Stephens. He and his family attend The Jellico Church of God Mountain Assembly.
Morgan Lay, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Morgan Lay is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-owner of Maximum Potential Physical Therapy. He was born and raised in Jellico, TN and graduated from Jellico High School in 1993. He received his Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from South College in 1998, his Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management from the University of the Cumberlands in 2007, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Findlay in 2012. He has since obtained his APTA Clinical Instructor certification and has been a member of the APTA since 1998. Morgan is also currently on the Board of Directors of Daysprings Family Health Center. He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky . Morgan is married to his wife Jennifer Johnson Lay and is the proud father of four beautiful daughters: Savannah, Sophia, Madeline, and Katherine. They attend Fonde Church of God Mountain Assembly.
Ashley Osborn
Patient Representative
Ashley Osborn is our Patient Services Coordinator and has been with Maximum Potential since its inception in April 2016. She oversees administrative duties in the office, directly manages patient services, and manages scheduling and insurances for the Jellico and Williamsburg clinics. She has 5 years of experience handling these responsibilities. Ashley's goal is to provide you with the best possible care in order to meet and exceed your needs.
